HOLIDAYS IN KLATEN
Vacation time after the end of semester exams odd yesterday, I went for a vacation grandma home. Which are in Klaten. I went with my mother. Because at that time my sister and my dad did not get a vacation.
Go to the Klaten boarded a bus. I had a bus ticket before departure two days message me there. I left at 5 am Monday. I enjoyed the trip so that, by coincidence I also love the outing. On the way I look at the many green expanse that stretches to the picturesque rice fields. The number of towering mountains.
After about 2 hours drive, I arrived in the town of Indramayu, there I saw a lot of souvenirs took center that sells a lot of foods that are typical of the city. Like a lunkhead, mango Indramayu, crackers and other destitute. Saying bad I could not go down to buy it. Though I'd love to taste it. I hope my store to buy a souvenir that. Maybe later when I climbed into my dad's car Klaten, I could buy it.
Through town not long ago, I arrived in the city of Brebes. Not much different from the city of Indramayu, in Brebes city whenever I see the central stores that sell souvenirs of the city's specialties. One famous example is the salted eggs and red onions. Since both of Brebes specialties is called the city and the city salted onions. Salted eggs there on sale with different types. There is still raw, salted eggs, salted eggs have been boiled and some are even already in the fuel. Currently salted eggs were combined with a variety of flavors, there is a sense of salted egg balado, there is a sense of crabs, and probably many others.
When I went to the next town getting sleepy, I finally fell asleep on the bus. I went through some of the city's famous by Pekalongan like batik. Up in Batang town our bus stopped at a restaurant for a rest. I was at the wake by my mother, and told to come down to take the food ration that has been provided by the bus. My stomach feels hungry at all and I will take a bit of rice with a lot number as well as with lauknya. Really delicious food. Because it was half past 2 pm, after dinner I went with my mother's daily prayers in a mosque not far from the restaurant.
Finish rest we continued on back. Two hours later we reached a Semarang city is the capital of Central Java. In this city famous for its milkfish presto and spring rolls. When suddenly the bus journey we stopped at a gas station to refill fuel. Apparently once the pump is located close to the center for souvenirs. Eventually my mother and me with the other passengers went down to buy typical souvenirs of the city. My mother bought 2 bags and 3 bags of milkfish Presto is still raw spring rolls or fried yet my grandma and my brother in Klaten.
After approximately 4 hours to move from the city of Semarang we arrived in the town of Klaten. Finally I could also remove my desire to grandma. Grandparent at home I have to really take advantage of my holiday, like a walk in the evening to the square with my brother, and then enjoy a meal of soup and the most delicious chicken satay at grandma home. In addition, I also took my time to the streets to the city of Solo and Yogyakarta to buy various souvenirs. Such as batik, bakpia, and much more. Then I went around the city using a rickshaw and wagon. Traditional vehicles Yogyakarta and Solo. When traveling whenever I stop by the palace of Solo and Yogyakarta to just look around and take pictures.
After a week in Klaten, I had to go back to Jakarta because sebenter again it's time to re-do activities on campus. This is a brief and enjoyable holiday for me. Klaten city goodbye. At other times we will meet again to enjoy the holidays with my family.
